Teresa Wiseman joined NAI Pensacola in 2003 and serves as both the Firm Manager and Director of Marketing. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate marketing, Teresa brings a deep understanding of the Northwest Florida market and a sharp eye for strategic promotion. She leads the development and execution of creative, data-driven marketing campaigns that elevate property visibility and drive results for brokers and clients alike.

Teresa oversees a broad range of functions including ad design, contract management, listing administration, GIS mapping, and the full lifecycle of digital and print property marketing. Her work blends creativity with precision, delivering measurable impact across every platform.

In addition to her marketing leadership, Teresa serves as project manager on business-critical initiatives and is the firm’s lead administrator for court-appointed receivership cases. Known for her hands-on approach and unwavering professionalism, she is a trusted resource and strategic asset to the firm’s operations and client success.
