Scope of Experience
Ms. Mulcahy provides strategic leadership for the planning, budgeting, execution, and performance oversight of all marketing initiatives for NAI Merin Hunter Codman, MHCommercial Real Estate Funds, and a portfolio exceeding 5 million square feet of commercial properties across the Southeastern United States. Her role encompasses the direction of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that support branding, leasing, investment sales, and asset performance.
Background & Experience
With an extensive background in marketing and graphic design and a strong concentration in commercial real estate, Ms. Mulcahy joined NAI Merin Hunter Codman in 2010 as Marketing Coordinator. She has since advanced through progressively senior roles, including Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, and currently serves as Senior Director of Marketing. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mulcahy served as Marketing Director at KS Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in Topeka, Kansas, and with OnSite Management Group, a real estate development company based in Vero Beach, Florida.
Ms. Mulcahy brings extensive expertise in brand-driven print and digital design, web development, and integrated marketing execution. She is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat), Canva, and Microsoft Office, supporting the creation of compelling visual, marketing, and presentation materials. Her skill set includes website development and management, digital analytics utilizing Google Analytics, and the strategic use of social media platforms. She also maintains a strong working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, enabling effective collaboration with developers and oversight of digital marketing initiatives across both PC and Mac environments.

Ms. Mulcahy is an active member of the NAI Global Marketing Council, NAI Florida Marketing Directors, and the NAI Principals, Directors, and Managers Groups. She also serves on NAI Merin Hunter Codman’s social service committee, providing leadership and coordination for corporate volunteer initiatives that support a broad range of community organizations, including Adopt-A-Family/Santa’s Workshop, the American Heart Association, Big Heart Brigade, Easter Seals, Habitat for Humanity, HomeSafe, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Paint Your Heart Out (Solid Waste Authority), Palm Beach County Environmental Resources, Place of Hope, Quantum House, and United Way of Palm Beach County.
