Kevin O’Connor joined NAI Realvest in 2001 and is a Managing Member and Principal of the firm. NAI Realvest is one of the leading commercial real estate brokerage and property management firms in Central Florida. Kevin has over 30 years experience in acquisition, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate in Central Florida. His primary focus is on maximizing the value of our clients’ real estate assets. He has been instrumental in significant real estate transactions with international and national firms including Shell Oil, Lowes Home Improvement, CNL and Mitsubishi. His current clients include significant property owners such as BB&T and Hertz assisting them to reposition or dispose of their assets. Kevin is a trusted advisor to property owners in Central Florida which own over 100 key commercial properties in the area. He has been successful in the assemblage and redevelopment of sites for national banks, retail chains, multifamily, office and mixed-use developers. Prior to joining NAI Realvest, he served as National Director for Prudential and was responsible for commercial real estate expansion in the primary MSAs. While at Prudential, he completed transaction in over 70 US markets and continues to handles multi market assignments for clients throughout the US .
