Scope of Experience
Land, Industrial, Multi-family, Commercial, Retail, and 1031 Exchange (Buyer/Tenant Rep. or Seller/Landlord Rep.) with a passion for Seller Representation for Land (whether for development, investment, timber-management, or recreational/hunting use).
Beyond advocacy and protection, he firmly believes 3 things:
1). If you can’t net more with a broker’s services than without them—you shouldn’t be using them.
2). You only sell family land once—the transaction deserves respect, and the transaction is always both personal and business.
3). The client’s net profit and advocacy are the broker’s primary concerns…always.
Background & Experience
A High Point, NC native, he returned to the Piedmont Triad to be closer to family and friends. Prior to joining NAIPT, he spent over a decade working and traveling internationally for the Dept. of Defense in San Antonio, Texas (gaining travel experience in over 25 countries and spending a combined total of 6.5 years abroad.)
After earning his NC Real Estate License, he joined a top Fortune 500 builder, specializing in residential new construction. With a sales goal of one home in the first month, he sold eight in his first two weeks and finished his first nine months selling over 50 homes.
Moving to commercial real estate, he assisted with opening the Winston Salem office of NAIPT and has since moved downtown to be not only actively involved in the Triad, but the entire foothills area as well.
