Bill is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning real estate, sales, and the food service industry. A graduate of Presbyterian College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Bill initially embarked on his career in real estate with Bollin, Ligon, and Walker, specializing in residential properties.
After a few years, Bill transitioned into the produce industry, where he spent 19 years at McEntire Produce. During his tenure, he focused primarily on the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector, managing key accounts for industry leaders like McDonald’s, Subway, Zaxby’s, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Wendy’s, and Hardee’s. His expertise expanded over the years to include retail deli operations, ingredient manufacturers, and home meal kit companies.
In 2015, Bill joined The Castellini Company, contributing to the company’s expansion into the Southeast. His role allowed him to further broaden his scope of work, maintaining his focus on major QSRs while also branching into new areas of the food service industry.
In 2022, Bill returned to his roots in real estate, bringing his wealth of experience to NAI Columbia. His ability to adapt and thrive in different industries makes him a valuable asset to the team, where he continues to excel in the real estate sector.
