Background & Experience

Alyse graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina, where she cultivated a strong foundation in integrated marketing and public relations strategies.

Her career in commercial real estate began with a South Carolina-based affiliate of the globally recognized commercial real estate powerhouse, Newmark Knight Frank. In this role, she successfully managed comprehensive marketing initiatives and produced in-depth market reports that analyzed retail, office, and industrial assets across diverse regions. This experience established her as a trusted resource within the Midlands, Upstate, and Lowcountry markets.

Prior to joining NAI Columbia, Alyse served as the Marketing Director for a Columbia-based industrial development company specializing in build-to-suit and speculative construction projects. Her leadership in marketing has consistently driven successful outcomes and positioned her as a key player in the industry.
